As a faculty member at several distinguished Wisconsin universities and as a longtime international communications trainer, Mary Pieschek has had extensive experience as a teacher and speaker. She’s a positively energizing speaker who works to engage classes and seminars in the learning experience using teams, class discussions, interactive approaches, and hands-on training.

In addition to her faculty positions teaching all levels of public relations, she’s also taught public speaking, and a wide variety of communications courses including cross-cultural, interpersonal, and organizational communications.

For 20 years Mary worked as an outside training consultant with a Washington, D.C. based institute with training contracts with the U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. State Department. As such, she has brought communications consulting and seminars to men and women in Eastern Europe, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Far East. More specifically, she has worked in Russia, Egypt, Bolivia, Kenya, Uganda, Jordan, Korea, Ukraine, Latvia, Haiti, Nigeria, Guatemala, Moldova, and Georgia. She also has worked directly with public relations and communications professionals in Turkey.

Mary invites U.S. and international clients to contact her directly for training programs.
